What is your photography style like?
My photography style is all about capturing natural and authentic moments. I love real emotion and genuine connection — the laughter, the hugs, and the little in-between moments that make your story yours.
I’ll guide you through flattering poses, but I also encourage plenty of candid interaction. Whether I’m photographing families, newborns, seniors, or couples, I want your images to feel timeless and true to who you are.
What’s included in your session pricing?
I believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Your session includes:
- My time and creative direction
- Professional editing
- A curated online gallery of final images
High-resolution digital files
Many packages include print credit toward professional-quality prints ordered directly from your online gallery — it works like a gift card. Choose your favorite images, sizes, and finishes so you get exactly what you want without any guesswork.
If you’d like more images, additional digital files are available for $49 each. All pricing is clearly listed under the services section on my website. For sessions outside of Pittsburgh, a small travel fee applies.
Do you offer any add-ons or upgrades?
Yes! I offer optional upgrades such as fine art prints, wall art, and premium photo albums. These add-ons are listed in your proposal and are perfect for displaying your favorite images in a tangible way.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
You’ll receive your online gallery about a week after your session. Once you’ve made your image selections, your final edited photos will be ready in about another week.
Will I get a sneak peek?
If you’d like a preview, just let me know! I occasionally share sneak peeks so you can enjoy a few favorite shots before the full gallery is ready.
What if I am sick the day of our session?
If you aren’t feeling well, no problem! We can reschedule within two weeks of your original session date.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Since Pittsburgh weather can change quickly, I usually make the final decision on the day of your session. If it’s too rainy or windy, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. My goal is always to photograph in soft, flattering, natural light for the most authentic results.
Where do sessions take place?
Most of my sessions are on location — in beautiful parks, city neighborhoods, or even in your home. I also have a studio, mainly used for headshots, or we can rent a local studio if you’d like a specific look.
Do you help with wardrobe and styling?
Every client receives a welcome guide with tips on what to wear, color palettes that photograph beautifully, and advice for coordinating outfits. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident while keeping your look natural and timeless.
How many people are included in a family session?
Your immediate family is included in the session fee. Extended family members can be added for a small additional charge to account for the extra editing time.
